Kümmel Liqueur

Blackwood Spirits Kümmel is a herbal spirit, flavoured with caraway seeds, cumin, fennel and other herbs.
A traditional Dutch and German digestiff. In our version we have used caraway and cumin seed as well as some other botanicals, to produce a smooth herbal, liqueur with an underlying anise flavour. Great as an after dinner digestif as it assists with digestion. Sip slightly chilled or with the addition of a large ice block.
