Husk Spirits (Grappa)

Blackwood Spirits husk spirit, or grappa as it is known in Italy, is a distillate made from the grape husks left over after the grapes have been pressed for making wine. The husks are then fermented and double-distilled, first in our 200 liter still "Rocket", and then in our 30 liter Portuguese alemic still "Portia".
