Kümmel Aged Aquavit

Blackwood Spirits Kümmel is a herbal spirit, flavoured with caraway seeds, cumin, fennel and other herbs.
In this version we have taken our Kümmel Aquavit and then aged it with oak. This has allowed a vanilla note to develop which has resulted in an intensely smooth herbal spirit. Great as a after dinner digestif as it assists with digestion. Sip slightly chilled or with the addition of a large ice block.
